In 2011, the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention published Suicide Care in Systems Framework, which would become a road map for the Zero Suicide in Healthcare initiative. In 2014, Zero Suicide International summits began and the convening of global thought leaders has produced or sparked a number of important publications.
